She has led both online and offline projects, coordinated multinational teams in agencies like WPP, served as a marketing director for startups like Groupon, and ventured into self-entrepreneurial endeavors in product design Dreamcatcher Lab.

Additionally, Ana Carolina has provided business consultancy services in the Swedish Lapland, focusing on designing and launching luxury experiences. Passionate about the culinary world, she pursued studies in hospitality alongside her professional journey. Her culinary endeavors led her to work as a chef in New York, later in Milan for a luxury private jet catering company, and then in a 5-star hotel in a Renaissance villa.

Her experiences include launching an Izakaya in Japan, working on an organic farm in Portugal, developing innovative tasting formats for companies, and establishing an art studio at Wimbledon with exhibits at Kew Gardens.
